Free CSV export
Cadence will provide free CSV export for lead records. Export is not a paid add-on and is not blocked by cancellation workflows.
What remains after email cleanup
Cadence separates raw inbound email content from the structured lead record. Raw text is retained for up to 30 days and attachments for up to 14 days, then removed through lazy cleanup during later inbound processing or maintenance events. The lead record remains unless you delete it.
No storage tax
Stored leads are part of the platform subscription. Cadence does not charge extra simply because your lead list grows.
Deletion
Account and workspace deletion workflows will remove or anonymise workspace data except where retention is required for billing, tax, audit, security, or legal reasons.
