Our roles
We act as controller for your account, billing, usage, and workspace settings data. For lead data that you bring into Cadence through mailbox, OCR, CSV upload, or manual entry, you remain the controller and we act as your processor.
Enrichment data is gathered from public sources, company websites, government registries, and permitted public directories. Where we independently structure public information, we may act as controller for that enrichment activity.
What Cadence uses
Account data includes name, email, phone, workspace profile, authentication records, billing metadata, credit balance, usage, and diagnostic logs. Lead data includes contact and company details, forwarded message content, uploaded rows, and scanned-card text.
Public-source enrichment
Cadence uses publicly available information only: company websites, grounded web results, UAE and India government registry sources where available, public business directories, and public network directories.
Cadence does not scrape LinkedIn, gated platforms, biometric sources, or data brokers. If a public search result contains a LinkedIn URL, Cadence may show that URL as an admin review link, but it does not fetch or extract LinkedIn content.
AI and model training
Cadence uses Google Gemini through Vertex AI for enrichment and drafting workflows. Workspace content and lead data are used to serve your request and are not used by Clout Cadence to train foundation models.
Retention
Forwarded raw text emails are retained for up to 30 days for review and troubleshooting. Attachments, including card images, are retained for up to 14 days. Cadence uses lazy cleanup: expired raw email and attachment content is purged during subsequent inbound processing or maintenance events after the retention window.
The structured lead record remains available until you delete it or close your account. You can export lead data to CSV free of charge at any time.
Sub-processors
Cadence uses Google Cloud Platform for hosting and Vertex AI, MongoDB Atlas for the database, Cloudflare for DNS and possible inbound email routing, SendGrid for transactional email, and Stripe for billing once payments are enabled.
